A three-person box is an apartment-type residence with living quarters for three persons, and the shared kitchen, shower and the WC are located in the same room. This option is suitable for three persons who know each other well. The student accommodation has two three-person boxes.

A family box is an apartment-type residence with two rooms for a total of three people and the kitchen, the shower and the WC are located in a separate room. The student accommodation has four family boxes.

Suite is an apartment-type residence with two rooms, kitchen, the shower and the WC are located in a separate room.

A practice room is a specially adjusted room without furniture that has sound absorbing walls and ceiling; this room is meant for students to practice musical instruments. The rooms are also suitable for groups of friends who can practice in turns according to their own schedule. There are a total of seven practice rooms that are located in the right wing of the basement floor, with areas ranging from 15-25 m2. The fee for renting the rooms is based on square meters and the minimal rental period is one month.

Studio – studio premises for students. The rooms have no furniture, the floor is covered with PVC covering and the rooms are equipped with a sink and a drain in the floor. The rooms are also suitable for use by several students at a time. There are a total of 15 practice rooms that are located in the left wing of the basement floor, with areas ranging from 17-40 m2. The fee for renting the rooms is based on square meters and the minimal rental period is one month.

Household goods and cleaning equipment
Persons residing in the student accommodation have to purchase or bring along bed linens, dining utensils and kitchen utensils, as well as various cloths, brooms and cleaning agents.

Loss of a door key or card
A new key or card can be received on the basis of an application. We do not accept copies of keys made without permission by key manufacturing companies. Any lost keys or cards have to be paid for (the amount will be added to the rental bill) even if you have lost the keys or cards due to theft or robbery.

Leaving the door key in the room
The spare key can be received from the office during reception hours. Outside of working hours, you will have to address the round-the-clock security undertaking Forus Security on the helpline 1899 or + 372 619 1899. The keys will be issued on the basis of a document. This service costs 36 euros.

Addressing persons in the event of accidents and failures
The round-the-clock helpline 5273692 must be notified of any accidents and issues that need immediate resolution. The need for small repair work (broken door locks, blown bulbs, blockages, etc.) must be communicated by the e-system or by communicating the notice to the general e-mail address of Muusa Majutus: info@yhikas.ee.

Security, breach of order, fire safety
There are no guards in the student accommodation. The Forus Security undertaking is in charge of security round-the-clock. In the event of breach of order, disturbances during late hours or other events that pose a threat to or disturb the residents, the helpline of Forus Security 1899 or + 372 619 1899 must be called and the event must be described. The workers of the student accommodation and the Forus Security undertaking have the right to demand that an identity document be shown by persons residing in the student accommodation. The aforesaid may only take place upon presentation of the respective employment certificate. The security workers of Forus Security wear a uniform. Please notify us of repeated disturbances during late hours or disregarding internal procedure rules at the e-mail address info@yhikas.ee. We kindly ask that the residents be attentive.
Do not let unknown persons pass the door behind you and ensure that you have closed the door.
NB! The access card programme allows monitoring the use of cards by residents and movement in the building.
In the event that any failures appear in the access systems and cards, please notify thereof via phone 59181442 or e-mail info@yhikas.ee during reception hours.
NB! Make sure that your activities do not trigger the fire alarm, which almost always involves the arrival of a rescue team and possible sanctions for the person who triggered the alarm.

Parking
The territory of the student accommodation enforces paid parking. There are a total of 60 parking places in the parking lot. The parking lot operates round-the-clock. Entering and exiting the parking lot only takes place from the side facing F. Kulhbars Street. A written application noting the name, room number and car registration number must be submitted for receiving a paid parking place. Following the submission of the application, you
will be given the rights to enter the parking lot.

Bicycle parking
The bicycle parking lot is located on the basement floor of the student accommodation, in room 021.

In the event that the card reader fails to read the access card
A new card can be received from the administration during reception hours. Any damaged and broken cards will have to be paid for.
